This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is garnet colored with a violet rim. It has aromas of pomegranate, black cherries and fresh black pepper. It is well structured with fine tannins and flavors of ripe cherry tart, cranberry and juicy pomegranate.

Straw yellow with greenish hues, the Lícia Albariño has strong varietal characteristics with hints of grapefruit, candied fruit, quince jelly, notes of fresh herbs, green apples, and minerals. It is full bodied and well balanced, highlighting the aromas of citrus and green apple, with a long and persistent finish.

An expressive and fruit driven, cold climate style of Pinot Noir, showcasing red acid fruit together with spiciness and floral notes. Its strong expression makes it an ideal example of the maritime valley. In the mouth it is fruity, juicy and fresh, with good acidity. The tannins are soft, sweet and well rounded.

Dark ruby red in color with violet tones, this Malbec has aromas of red currants, blackberries, and plums, with notes of pepper and clove. Flavors of black cherries, red and black currants, and juicy plums fill the mouth with hints of wood spice and vanilla on the finish.

Golden yellow in color, the Tilia Chardonnay has aromas of ripe citrus fruits with subtle floral notes and a touch of vanilla, a contribution made by the oak barrels (French & American) in which this wine is briefly aged. An arpent is an antiquated measurement of land that predated the French Revolution and it refers to several small, old-vine parcels of 60 year old vine Sauvignon Blanc that are the foundation for this cuvée. It is harvested by hand, fermented by indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks and aged in tank for seven month with some lees stirring.

The final wine has a deep ruby color with violet nuances. It has a very intense aroma, dominated by floral notes of violet and rock rose, balsamic aromas of resin and cedar and well ripened red and black fruit. On the palate, it has good volume, well-integrated acidity, high-quality tannins and blackand red fruit notes. Its finish is elegant and harmonious.

Vinho Verde is traditionally non-vintage and consumed
quickly, so the wine on the shelf will always be a fresh bottling. The way to make a proper Vinho Verde is to suppress the malolactic fermentation and inject carbon dioxide at bottling to give the wine its characteristic spritz.
