Cork-puller’ (Tire Bouchon) is a great name for this fun, throwback Rhône that you will no doubt, find easy to enjoy. The old-vine Aramon Noir and Oeillade Noire planted within the Vacqueyras appellation really set this wine apart from the sea of Côtes du Rhône on the market these days. Bright and fruit forward. Seamless. Impressive elegance for an “apéro” wine for friends.

This is round and laced with cherry, currant, tobacco and iron flavors. Firms up quickly, with a fine matrix of tannins for support. Balanced overall, with a long finish of tobacco and iron. Best from 2020 through 2033.

The Warwick The First Lady Rosépresents itself in a delicate pink, the nose immediately picks up the smell of raspberry and the fine floral note of jasmine. Dry to the bone, but yet refreshing and voluptuous on the mouth. Wonderfully uncomplicated, but in no way one-dimensional. The Warwick The First Lady Rosé is a wonderful example for a refreshing rose from South Africa.

It has a muted bouquet at first, but it opens with aeration to offer scents of white flower and beeswax. The palate is clean and fresh on the entry with lemon rind, a touch of pineapple and guava, the acidity very well judged and the oak beautifully integrated. There is a wonderful crescendo to this Chardonnay, a quite delicious and complex offering from winemaker Doug Tunnell.

A rich amber color with fine bubbles, and a complex nose of white flowers. Harmonious palate displaying elegant aromas of candied fruit, vanilla, and caramel. Using the heirloom varieties of apples in her orchards (some of which are now illegal to replant), the juice is aged in used Hermitage Blanc barrels before the prise de mousse, resulting in a unique and distinctive cider.

A gorgeously generous blend of the native varietals Negroamaro and Aglianico, that garner thanks to the red soils and sunny climate of the Salento area in Puglia, a generous fruit character often not found in these varietals, whilst maintaining their heart.

No additives, whatsoever. These deeply colored berries were simply crushed, and allowed to ferment on their own naturally occurring field yeasts. Fresh berry flavor, with subtle spice and mineral flavors were delivered by our western slope terroir. Unfiltered, naturally fermented. We love to make this wine for our purists. A taste of pure Colorado, nothing else.
