The nose shows bright berries, quite floral, aromatic and expansive with some aromas that made me think of carbonic maceration. The palate also shows nicely defined, fine tannins and pure flavors, very clean.

Las Uvas de la Ira wants to showcase the typicity of the village of El Real de San Vicente. Red berry fruit and something citric and aromas and sensations akin to berry kernels and wet stones. Good amplitude in the middle palate which leads onto a long finish where the licquorice aromas persist.
