Our 2021 Sauvignon Blanc opens with aromas of fresh sweet citrus, grapefruit, and melon before revealing complex notes of green pear, freshly cut hay, and stony minerality. Light-bodied and elegant on the palate, a beautiful through line of bright, citrusy acidity defines the wine with vibrant flavors of ripe melon, grapefruit, and citrus zest before the smooth, refreshing finish.

Taste is absolutely divine. This beer is beyond a treat. Insanely boozy, first sip was like drinking straight bourbon. But upon further inspection chocolate, deep and rich roasted malt flavor, coffee, toffee and maple syrup sweetness. All of these wonderful, delectable flavors arrive in the thickest, most rich, luscious, glorious mouthfeel imaginable.

Scents of grass, lemon, barnyard straw. Lemon tartness; very faint, light cereal grain notes. Medium body; crisp, sour, tart. A very fine, citric and sour beer. The flavors are rock solid and the mouthfeel just grabs your taste buds with a tight, near mouth-puckering quality.

Nose is tart red fruit, some leather, funk, light oak. Taste is tart with good acidity. Flavors true to style with cherries just adding some background to the base beer. Solid stuff.

A nice tangy brown, full bodied and woody, bacterial, and mature, with the cranberries that really drop the pH, accentuate the sourness, and add a pucker to this that was not present to the same extent in the raspberry version they did. i love how forward the fruit is, how highly dosed it is, it even takes on a little of that pithy dry texture of a real cranberry.

40- to 50-year-old vines. This oak-fermented Sancerre offers a very clear & fruit intense nose of ripe white (stone) fruits along with lemon & some well-integrated oak flavors with a hint of crushed ripe pips. Full-bodied, round & elegant on the palate, this wine has a charming fruit & a dense, well-structured texture. With fine tannins as well as lingering minerals.

This wine tastes like a lively hibiscus agua fresca with notes of orange peel and juicy pomegranate. A kitchen chameleon and a balanced blend, Carignan brings savory flavors while juicy Zinfandel brings sweet spices like clove and cinnamon.

Aged for a year in a combination of 500L French oak barrels and concrete tanks. Bright violet color. Fresh, intensely perfumed aromas of dark fruit preserves, smoky minerals and dried flowers. Dense yet lively and sharply focused, offering powerful cherry and floral pastille flavors lifted by juicy acidity. Finishes on a spicy note, with subtle tannins.

The 2014 Fiefs Vendeens Brem les Clous is Chenin Blanc (60%), 20% Chardonnay and 20% Grolleau Gris, all grown on slate, clay and quartz. Bottled at the end of May 2015, this blend is clear and aromatic on the nose, very fresh. It has good fruit intensity and freshness on the palate, and is well structured and with good length. The wine has 13% alcohol.

Handcrafted by Winemaker Sven Bruchfeld at Polkura Winery, this Cabernet Sauvignon was aged in new Taransaud French oak for 18 months. Spicy and subtle, with notes of sandalwood to the dried cherry, portobello mushroom and plum tart flavors, supported by medium weight tannins. Milk chocolate accents and hints of paprika on the finish. Drink now through 2020. 194 cases made

This is an incredibly balanced wine. Not too sharp with acidity, nor over blossomed with fruit, it is delicate with raspberries, lemon zest, and high tones of kiwi. But because of its balanced components, it is both simple and complex. Delicious. Enjoy now and as long as it lasts.
