Winemaker Ashley Holland is bringing a youthful spirit to some of California's most historic vineyard sites. This medium-bodied, smooth-as-silk Pinot Noir is sourced from the Deep End of the Alexander Valley, where fog-enshrouded redwoods meet the Pacific Ocean. The wine is robust, yet layered with elegance. Dark fruits, spice and raspberry with round, smooth tannins.

A blend of all the estate’s parcels from vines planted anywhere between 1959 and 1999. Green apple, almonds and a pronounced minerality, this wine is snappy and bright with nice weight. Pressed whole cluster, aged in concrete and stainless steel on the lees. It’s a really “complete” wine akin to top-tier Chablis in style.

Located in the heart of the Santa Maria Valley, Presqu’ile Winery produces cool-climate wines from a variety of sustainably certified vineyard plots that cover nearly 30 hectares across Santa Barbara County. Their SBC Pinot Noir oozes with flavors of red fruit and earth, showing notes of juicy cherry, ripe raspberries, dried citrus, and spice, balanced by well-integrated tannin

Opens with aromas of black currant, fresh herbs and roasted black walnuts. On the palate, saturated flavors of ripe blackberry, dark plum and cassis are well-integrated with notes of wild sage and cinnamon. A silky mouth-feel, vibrant acidity and firm structure lead to a luxurious dry finish.

Biodynamic producer based in Vertus. This is 100% Chardonnay, with a dosage of 4g/L to give body and weight to balance the natural, very fresh acidity. Aged for two years on the lees and 40% coming from a perpetual reserve started in 2004, this has a wonderful combination of mature toasty, cooking apple aromas, a rich creaminess, and a drying acidic finish. Powerful and generous for a Blanc de Blancs, with a spicy finish.

The little dip/partial carbonic method on the estate grown Malbec with an early harvest pick gives us juicy red and black candied fruits, a flowery nose and light tannins…an addition of 10% Pinot Noir from up valley aged in neutral oak softens the carbonic edges and lifts the aromatics. It’s a summer sipper now but look to age a few bottles in a dark place.

A red with lots of dark-berry, asphalt and slate aromas and flavors. Full body, loads of fruit and a long, flavorful finish. Balsamico, too. Characterful. Refined and transparent style.

WOW! Talk about drinkability! This orange glouglou is just like breakfast juice, it's that damn gluggable. Watch out, dangerously easy drinking!!! Slightly aromatic and with a hint of honey on the finish. Clementines and citrus vibes. Remember to shake!

Each barrel is hand selected under the watchful eye of legendary Master Distiller Jimmy Russell. Known for being fuller bodied, with rich vanilla flavors and a hint of sweetness, it’s the perfect bourbon to enjoy neat. A complex layering of almonds, honey, blackberries, and leather gives way to a long, dark and lingering finish.

Partially matured in barrels, most in steel tanks. Pleasantly sour, fruity nose with notes of currants, sour cherries, maybe even cranberries. In the mouth the wine is pleasantly lively, wonderfully juicy, with strong, currant acidity. Surprisingly fruity for Sicily, with lively tannins, very tasty.

Produced from organically grown fruit within the Watervale area in the Clare Valley, with the majority coming from our family vineyard, Gullyview. A blend of Bordeaux varieties made in a Loire style, vibrant, bright fruits & soft tannins. Naturally fermented from a blend of free run and pressed juice, unfined and unfiltered, then aged in Slavonian foudre for 12 months.
