New school California Pet-Nat made from 100% Chenin. Juice is fermented in stainless steel until the sugar levels reach 15 grams. Wine is then super-cooled to halt fermentation, then bottled. As the bottles slowly warm, fermentation begins again and creates this naturally carbonated specimen worthy of celebrating. Non-certified organically farmed.

Soft bouquet with hints of nuts and muscat. Fresh wine with mild acidity and stone fruit. Old vines from steep, elevated vineyards gives this wine depth and can be paired with food or enjoyed on it's own.

This dry Bordeaux blanc is made from Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc vines planted in complex soils of clay and limestone on fissured bedrock. The wine is bone-dry and bracing, bearing the classic Sauvignon Blanc notes of lime and grass. This blanc is astoundingly versatile at table. Exquisite with seafood, it is also perfect on its own.

Golden yellow in color, the Tilia Chardonnay has aromas of ripe citrus fruits with subtle floral notes and a touch of vanilla, a contribution made by the oak barrels in which this wine is briefly aged. On the palate, the wine has flavors of pear and tropical fruits with hints of vanilla and spice on the finish. The finish is clean and bright.

I loved the nose of the 2015 Bonarda, super varietal, from a vintage that suited the late ripening variety. It has those rustic touches mixing aromatic herbs, plums and something earthy and spicy that gave it a marked character. There is perfect ripeness and balance with juicy fruit. Half of the wine fermented with full clusters. Superb Bonarda!

This Sauvignon Blanc shows fresh aromatics of lime, grapefruit and orange blossom combined with crisp acidity and a lively ripe citrus palate. It is smooth textured and polished while retaining a vivid lemony fruit core with a lingering finish. Ideal as an aperitif or combined with salads, seafood and white fish.

Produced from 36 year old Sauvignon Blanc vines at Indian Springs Ranch in Kenwood, this site is planted on rolling hills comprised of alluvial soil. The juice is fermented and aged in 50% neutral French oak barrels and 50% stainless steel, the wine in barrel is aged on the lees for 6 months.
