90% of ‘Late Bottled’ has been stored in steel vats for a period of 18 months prior to bottleing – hence the name – to produce a rounder, fuller wine that retains its original fruitness. 10% of the wine has matured in 225 and 400 litre oak casks – a process which adds delicate nuances of chocolate, coffee and fine tannins. ‘Late Bottled’ is therefore a milder and rounder wine.

This straw yellow wine is honey melon flavored with a light scent of white peaches, flowers and tropical fruit. Stella delivers a well balanced acidity and has a long, lingering finish.

This succulent Cape blend from South Africa’s premier Pinotage producer exhibits ripe, luscious raspberry and black currant flavors that interlace with hints of mocha, blackberry and cinnamon. A distinctive smoky, earthy character makes this supple, full bodiedred the ultimate grilling or tailgate wine.

Dark brown hue with a low brown bubble layer. Deep, dark imperial stout, chocolate and rye whiskey nose and flavor. Some char, earthy, brown sugar, peat and raisin notes rounded out the taste, followed by a wooden whiskey barrel finish. Full bodied with low carbonation.

This beer is something else. It pours light in color with some cloudiness. Aroma is of alcohol and Brett. Tatse is funky and fruity. No heat which is impressive for a beer this big. Low hop bitterness but not overly sweet. Not really.a beer that fits into a style. Nice Brett and barrel aged flavors. Some notes of bourbon. Worth a try.

The Dark Horse Big Red Blend has deep flavors of dark berry and black currant, supported by plush tannins, hints of dark roasted oak and a long finish. This Red Blend underwent alcoholic fermentation with hand chosen yeast to provide enhanced color, structure and fruit characteristics. A blend of Malbec, Rubired, Syrah, Tempranillo, and Merlot.

From three plots below Pommard comes this pretty, light purple with, with light, fresh fruit on the nose but lovely density behind, and great persistence. Attractive and classy. Great fruit and freshness are its characteristics. A short stay in new barrels gives it a hint of vanilla; and by bottling it between 15 and 18 months it retains its charm.

Beautiful aromas of zesty lemon, pineapple and green apple. Medium to high acidity with flavors of apple and ripe lemons.

100% Carignan, low-yield old vines grown in limestone gravel soils. Macerates for 2 weeks. Red fruit and garrigue (scrub brush) aromas with hints of toast. Dry, medium-bodied and structured yet elegant with red fresh fruit and spice notes.

The colour is intensive garnet. The nose has attractive toasty notes, leather, anise, cinnamon and sweet vanilla. Medium body with velvet tannin, fresh red berries flavour. Long and spicy finish.

The ancient Via Diagonalis linked Rome and Constantinople. The Western and Eastern capitals of the Roman Empire.

Kosher for Passover.

A deep ruby red, with violet reflections in the glass. This wine displays fresh aromas of red and black berries. Well-rounded with firm tannins, this Nero d'Avola entices the palate with jammy ripe fruit followed by a wave of black spices.
