Exactly what I want in Gamay. Light and bright, floral with fresh red fruit. Structured and extremely drinkable. Top-notch Beaujolais.

On the nose there are red fruits offset with aromas of wet stone and blood orange peel. The palate is medium-bodied with a fine mousse showing more red fruit (strawberry, wild raspberry, cherry) and overt sense of minerality. Dry and refreshing, this wine is the perfect white to pair with chicken or turkey dishes. Apple and pear flavors combine with mineral notes and a touch of honey. Delish!

Earthy berry and licorice aromas are composed, lightly oaked and attractive. This standard Priorato blend of Grenache, Carignan and Syrah is fresh feeling, with a bolt of bracing acidity. Juicy plum and raspberry flavors finish loamy, earthy and balanced. For a wine that's no heavyweight, this is strong throughout.

Pale yellow-green. Nectarine, green apple and medicinal herbs on the nose. Juicy, spicy and energetic in the mouth, showing lovely lift and cut to the flavors of lime, apple and minerals. Finishes perfumed and long. With 7.9 g/l total acidity and only 3.7 g/l residual sugar, this Riesling is resolutely dry. In fact, it strikes me as especially spicy and lemony, almost tart.

The hand picked grapes were taken intact to the presses, filled by gravity, the must decanted for a few hours, then fermented in temperature-controlled vats with natural yeasts. The wine is the purest expression of the grapes, with a very natural and non-intervention vinification.

This is a blend of crus from all of Pouillon’s holdings, its assemblage mirroring the composition of the estate with 70% pinot noir and 15% each of chardonnay and pinot meunier. 85% is fermented in tank, 15% in oak. This is richly textured and silky, displaying aromas of lemon grass, strawberry and brioche.

100% barrel-fermented and “surlie” aged for 7 months with no malolactic fermentation. The wine is rich and intensely fruity with appealing aromas and flavors of peach, key lime, hazelnut, and wet stone, with a hint of brioche aroma from the sur–lie aging. The wine is nicely balanced by crisp acidity and a long, lingering finish. Excellent as an apperitivo.

Only 25 cases TOTAL came to the United States. Crushed berries, dried rose pedals, eucalyptus, moss, sweet amaro spices, crushed granite, green tobacco. Great perfume and aromas. Very pretty and pure. I love the tannin profile on this wine, present but almost powder-like in texture. One of the better Beaujolais wines I've tried this year. Super delicious.

Aromas and flavours of fresh redcurrant, cherry and raspberry, with a touch of vanilla on the finish. Does what it says on the tin: a juicilicious garnacha with enough gorgeous fruit to bring tears to your eyes. A jolly good price to boot.

Honestly, this is literally like a strawberry parfait in a glass. Cerdon is absolutely delightful as an aperitif. Better yet, it can serve as a wonderful accompaniment to fruit-based desserts, beignets with powdered sugar, or chocolate-based sweets.

This 100% Chardonnay from a small village in Burgundy show plenty of fruits and minerality. The wood flavor is well integrated and add charms. Aromatic with pear, apple, raw nuts, camomile, and white spices. Great concentration and purity.
