100% varietal in composition. Fully ripe black cherry and black currant aromas are nuanced with suggestions of cedar and camphor. The palate is full and even with a rich middle that is perfectly balanced by natural grape acidity and silky fine tannins. This vintage is delicious in its youth but will continue to deliver with many years of proper bottle aging.

This is an aromatic, ripe and complex wine. It has a sense of structure, with tannins as well as zesty orange and layers of spice. The aftertaste is more floral and fresh, although there is a touch of pepper right at the end.

This is a complex, perfectly balanced wine with lovely aromas of red-currant, peach, blood orange, rose and spice. The palate is dense with creamy berry fruit, citrus and stone flavors, ripe and full with bright balancing acidity with terrific density and length. The Olga Raffault Chinon rosé has gotten better and better over the past few years, perhaps it's their move towards organic farming. 100% Cabernet Franc, 10-hour maceration and slow fermentation. Crisp and refreshing showing lovely bright pink color, hints of raspberry and strawberry fruit, dry with a saline finish. A vibrant pale rose with wild strawberry raspberry and red currant aromas and a zingy herbal finish.

This very delicate and feminine Rose is made from 100% Carignan and created by a team that is all about wine that are pure and not hitting you over the head with extraction, sweet fruit or wood. Quite chalky on the nose with plenty of mouth-watering grapefruit rind. Plenty of zip on the finish.

Brilliant ruby. Ripe and expansive on the nose, displaying ripe black and blue fruit aromas and a zesty touch of cracked pepper. Broad, smooth and smoky in the mouth, offering sweet blueberry and cherry-cola flavors and suggestions of candied licorice and mocha. The blackberry note resonates strongly on the smooth, clinging, gently tannic finish.

This pretty rich 2013 Maimai Syrah serves up a wonderful density; smooths on the end. Deep ruby black color; bold, black fruit aromas, quite concentrated; medium to full bodied, chewy and long on the palate; black fruit, tar quite good; medium bodied, some tannins on the palate; attractive grapey, black fruit flavors & a long finish.

Rich and powerful, but focused like a laser, with wild berry and toasty briar aromas that lead to ripe but complex flavors of black cherry, licorice and spicy orange peel. The tannins are big but fleshy. Drink now through 2022. 900 cases made.

Aromas of blueberry, licorice and bitter chocolate are a bit stunted by the bottling. Juicy, primary and tight, offering black fruit, bitter chocolate and espresso flavors framed by firm minerality. There's a creaminess lurking today but currently this wine is dominated by its sappy lift. Finishes very long and sweet, with noble tannins. appears to be built for a slow evolution

Brassy yellow color of medium depth. The aromas are fresh and reminiscent of ripe nectarine, apple and strawberry combined with honey, grilled hazelnuts and toasty oak from the barrel fermentation and sur lie aging. The palate weight is plump and rich, with flavors echoing the aromas with a delicate balance of acidity, buttery length and sophisticated elegance.
