Light brick red, with an amber hue. On the nose, rich red fruit, notes of caramel, raisins, and cloves. On the palate, cardamom, spice, butterscotch and elegant redcurrant, interwoven with attractive nutty aromas. Smooth and round on the palate, full of luscious strawberry jam flavors with an elegant finish.

Vivid orange-pink. Intense red berry and potpourri scents are complicated by suggestions of anise and white pepper. Silky and seamless on the palate, offering energetic raspberry and bitter cherry flavors that flesh out with air. Powerful yet lithe wine with strong closing thrust and lingering spiciness. A great wine from a great winemaker.

This is a nice Grenache/Syrah blend from 40-60 year old vines. It has ripe fruit favors as well as some subtle earthy nuances on the finish. Try it with an Asian pork dish or roast duck.

A deep, impressive ruby-red color that suggests concentrated grapes harvested at just the right moment. This Cabernet Sauvignon´s nose is governed by pleasant notes of plum, raspberry and sweet spices, while in the mouth, chocolate and subtle hints of vanilla can be appreciated. This could have turned out to be a linear, acidic with classic pinot flavor, but instead we get this strange mix of umami tomato, cherry juice, and some wild acidity (even a touch volatile). This wine is so fun and weird. The food pairing possibilities are endless.

"11300" refers to the postcode and this wine is the best expression of the Terroir around Limoux: a blend of stainless steel fermented and barrel fermented Chardonnay. This wine is both delicious as an aperitif or with many fish and white meat dishes. Zesty citrus freshness coupled with apple and pear notes; fine structure & pleasing minerality.

traw yellow in color, with a small, fine, and plentiful mousse. The opening aromas are yeasty from aging on lees, lightly smoky, with hints of brioche, followed by touches of honey, fruit and flower petals. The palate is excellent, fruity and full of flavor, with dried fruits from the lees aging. Very elegant, giving the drinker a delightful sense of abundance.

All aged in stainless steel tanks. While much of the white wine from the Southern Rhone is a bit flat, Perrin’s has some zip and richness along with exotic and stone fruit flavors. This is a nice little aperitif wine that also works well with hummus and pita bread, white-fleshed fish and chicken or turkey salads.

This is a great value wine that way over-delivers for its price point. Their vineyards lie above the town of Sablet, straddling the border with Gigondas. Made with de-stemmed grapes that are aged in a blend of tank and oak. This is a hearty red wine without exaggerated alcohol that pairs beautifully with barbequed flank steak and hearty vegetarian dishes.

This is a rich, velvety wine, with big flavors of plum, dark berry, and earth. Healthy, but never overwhelming, tannins and acid form the underlying structure for the fruit, and the finish is herbal, long, and satisfying.
