Lezèr ("light" in local dialect) was a new wine born of the challenging 2017 vintage, when Foradori's Teroldego crop was roughed up by a summer hailstorm. The remains were turned into this short-maceration red wine, named for its light color and body. A natural chillable red that is refreshing and complex.

If you love ORANGE wines (white wines fermented on their skins), or wanted to explore what they're all about - Big Salt "Orange Rose" is the best place to start. Expect a sunset cranberry color with big flavors of juicy tangerine, tart hibiscus, ginger, and banana that is cut beautifully with some herby salinity to feel like a late summer bonfire at the beach.

Vibrant citrus and cooked agave transform into a pleasant grassy undertone. These elements harmonize well on the palate, accompanied by a touch of black pepper for balance. Hints of anise and crushed cinnamon emerge towards the end of the tasting experience. The finish is refreshing and crisp, with lingering notes of agave nectar and cucumber peel.
