For a comparison, we uncorked a bottle of the 1995, fully developed by now with a deep golden color and a complex nose; it had aromatic herbs that reminded me of absinthe, with something honeyed and a very spicy note of curry. It was very dry and tasty. If the 2010 develops like this 1995, it will be a real treat.
