Les Seuvrées sits just below the grand cru Mazoyeres-Chambertin on the slope, bordering the northern edge of Morey-Saint-Denis. The Ligniers own a hectare of very old vines here, planted between 1938 and 1966, and this cuvée displays a darker, more rugged side of the appellation, with meaty depth and intense concentration. Laurent employs approximately 20% new barrels.

The Domaine Hubert Lignier has long had a reputation for its fine wines known for their concentration, depth and structure. The “Grand Chaliot” lieu-dit is situated just south of Nuits-Saint-Georges. Made from younger vines, the wine shows great depth and minerality and sees a bit of new oak to round out the flavors.

This Morey-Saint-Denis, from a premier cru vineyard, is a perfect expression of the village terrior: sophisticated and complex, it offers bright red fruit, soft and silky tannins, and just enough of a savory, mineral-tinged accent to make your mouth water.

Planted in 1951, Bitouzet’s third of a hectare of Chardonnay here yields a more mineral-driven, structurally stricter wine than Les Corbins, yet one which still shows ample flesh despite its youthful reticence, developing with time into a rich, well-balanced wine with a long finish. It spends 16 months in 20% new oak and is bottled after the second winter following harvest.

In the tiny village of Vila Alva in southern Portugal a group of friends is working to bring new life to an ancient style of winemaking. The tradition of fermenting and aging in clay jars goes back over 2000 years and yields a remarkably fresh and aromatic wine from organically grown and macerated grapes. The oldest vines date back to the 1930s giving this village wine plenty of personality. Sourced from two plots north of Chambolle village where soils are rich in iron. The wine has wild floral aromas, light mineral notes with silk-like melted tannins. The purity of fruit on the palate is fantastic with great mid-palate weight and expansive breadth. Excellent village-level wine!

This deliciously smooth expression takes Tequila Don Julio's traditional Reposado and finishes it in a highly coveted European cask, which previously held wine infused with macerated orange peel, for a silky, sophisticated, light citrus taste. “Primavera” is best enjoyed on the rocks with an orange wheel or in our signature drink, the Primavera Sunset.

From the get-go, it impresses with spicy fresh agave notes, and its overall flavor profile is extremely balanced. Citrus notes define the palate and lead to a pink peppercorn prickly finish. You'll struggle to find anything better at this price point. This blanco is priced for mixing but it is not lacking in character.

Beautiful light yellow color with pale green highlights. Beautiful, complex nose of citrus fruit, flowers and minerality. Fresh, straightforward attack followed by a very fine structure combining liveliness and roundness. A full-bodied wine with powerful aromas. This wine fills the mouth well. Very good length. Ideal with goat's cheese, grilled fish and poultry.
