In the glass, the wine is deep ruby with purple hues. On the nose, the wine is delicate with notes of cherry, vanilla, raw beef and herbs. On the palate, it is dry, structured and elegant with flavors of plum, ripe cherries, wild berries and a hint of spice, followed by a lengthy and smooth finish that begs for food.

Aromas of cassis, clove, and Christmas spice jump out of the glass while notes of blueberry pie filling and toasted mocha continue on the palate. Structured tannins lead to a long and elegant finish, making this an instant seasonal classic.

The wine has a very expressive nose with fresh fruit like apricot, apple, quince, along with blossom like mock orange, sometimes with a touch of rose. In the mouth, there's a balanced maturity, accompanied by a rigorous, forthright finish.

For as much as it leaves out, Le Rosé offers even more: depth of flavor, sensational acidity, fine bubbles, and a bottle that practically begs to be gifted. The brisk acidity lends itself to pairing with richer dishes; French Bloom co-founder Constance Jablonski loves it alongside foie gras and cheesecake.

To create this wine, we select Chardonnays from our estate vineyards and ferment in barrel. Delicate flavors are preserved through whole cluster pressing, and prolonged yeast contact adds both texture and subtle toast aromas. In order to preserve acidity for meal pairing, we did not put this wine through malolactic.

From Vinous, January 2023 - The 2021 Chardonnay Cahill Lane Vineyard is bright and floral, with pretty tropical accents that add an exotic flair. Soft contours give this mid-weight, open-knit Chardonnay tons of immediacy. Wente clone on heavy clay yields a Chardonnay of notable texture. There is a touch of reduction, but not to the point of being instrusive.

Mais oui…Le Division "Nouveau Nouveau" est arrivé! 2023 marks the twelfth vintage of our Beaujolais-inspired Nouveau made with 100% Gamay Noir from Carousel Vineyard, planted at high-up lands of the Yakima Valley, within the Columbia Valley AVA. A celebratory wine created to signify the end of harvest. Unfined, unfiltered, and unpretentiously fun.

This certified biodynamic wine from the well drained soils of Gols, east of Lake Neusiedl in Burgenland, Austria is hand-harvested, foot-stomped and fermented in steel before spending time both in oak barrels and clay amphora. A deeply elegant wine with notes of sour cherry, and fresh blackberries and a long satisfying finish. Try with roast duck and baby carrots.

Ruché is known for making a perfumed red wine with notes of mint, herb, cardamom and anise and flavors of cherry jam and forest fruits, followed by spicy notes of pepper to finish. . This bottling is made from sustainably-farmed young vines with grapes fermented and aged in stainless steel before being bottled unfiltered. Pairs well with truffles, aged cheeses and white meats.

Classy, elegant and polished with harmony of bright red fruit, blood orange, mint, spice and white pepper. There's a linear focus here, but no hard edges or awkward contours. 20 year old vines planted in calcareous, sandy soil in Bricco di Neive 350m above sea level. Fermented in steel vats with indigenous yeast and aged in Slovenian oak casks. A real stunner!

Ti Adoro is owner Michael Schmelzer's hommage to Italy, that has given him a family and a career in wine. He reached out to friends farming organically for grapes for this blend, sourcing from Tuscany, Abruzzo, and Sicily. It is classic Italian all the way, with tangy red and black fruits, savory earth tones, minerals and forest floor elements, and a light tannic flex.

Domaine Jean Fery & Fils is a family-run winery located in the beautiful village of Échevronne between Beaune and Nuits-Saint- Georges. The current generation, Jean-Louis Fery farms all his vineyards organically (ECOCERT Certified since 2011). The 2021 Meursault is text book balancing weight and texture with snap, verve and mineral length.

Heir to one of the most enviable wine legacies of all time, Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, Aubert de Villaine deserves more than the praise he receives. Produced exclusively in the 2021 vintage due to low yields, this Bourgogne is made from the 1er Cru vineyards of Bourgogne Côte Chalonnaise, Mercurey and Santenay. Six barrels were produced.
