Aromas of vanilla, citrus fruit and spice lead into flavors of pepper, corn and smoky oak. Mildly sweet, with a medium soft finish that leaves a sense of spice and sweetness in your mouth.

To sip Barrel Proof is to experience Bourbon in its purest form: uncut, straight from the barrel, and without chill filtering. The nose will knock you off your feet. Lots of rye, barrel, heath bar and leather. The palate is ridiculously viscous, with cinnamon candies, rye, barrel, roasted vanilla bean and chocolate.

On the nose, this single barrel shows all the hallmarks of classic, well-aged Dickel with rich caramel and subtly savory barrel notes. There’s also loads of baking spice, but unlike the Bottled in Bond 13 Year, the spices here skew towards the brighter end of the spectrum: clove, nutmeg, and freshly grated cinnamon

It's insanely well balanced with the alcohol so perfectly integrated at 115 proof you'll forget its there, but you'll find yourself smiling more and happier with each dram. The finish is long and the spices dominate this batch, while the cherry does punch its way

A chance encounter between a spicy margarita and a dark & stormy resulted in Curious No. 2. This flavor contains the aphrodisiac damiana as well as ginger and citrus to help settle any butterflies. Serve up on the rocks with a lime wedge and a salted rim.

Radiant with flavors of raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, herbs and spices, shaped by gentle, round tannins.

A wild Pet-Nat from vineyards just east of Oriol's plots in Alella. Mostly Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo) with 30% Moscatell d'Alexandria, the color is a deep rosé, with perfumed, floral aromas from the Moscatel, and tangy red fruit from the red grapes.

The recommendation is to stand the bottle for 2 days and open it very cold!
