Cascahuin Blanco is characterized by a touch of minerality, a characteristic pertaining to El Arenal, Jalisco. The dominant aromas and natural flavors of cooked agave are reminiscent of the brick ovens that allow the agave to hold on to the fresh citrus sensations.

The vines in this lieu-dit were planted in 1953. This tiny, steep, west facing site in the middle of the village is classically Meursault in character, with citrus and mineral notes, beautiful pure fruit in the mid-palate and fine length.

Made with Queen of the Night and Strawberry yeasts. This good-looking sake with rose color draws your attention at first sight. The attraction of this sake is not only its color but also its flavors. The silky mouthfeel comes, followed by the crisp and grainy nose that comes on the palate. This sake is easy to drink even for sake newbies! Impressive on a special occassion.

Grapes for this wine come from vines planted in 1997 on marine sedimentary soils. Our goal is to show the character of Pinot Blanc that’s fermented in old barrels on the lees, in the style of Henri Gouges (among other Burgundy producers). Native yeast for primary and malolactic fermentations, bottled without fining or filtration. Luscious but with bright acidity, truly elegant.

A coastal Mediterranean blend of Grenache, Mourvedre, and Carignan that pairs as well with tapas as it does with pasta. Organic too.

Our 2021 Kali Hart Pinot Noir is a fruit-forward expression of our coastal-influenced vineyards in Santa Lucia Highlands, California. Aromas of dark plum, Bing cherry, allspice, and toasted vanilla. Palate shows layers of strawberry-rhubarb, blackberry with a hint of dried herbs and silky tannins. The finish is long and luscious with a touch of minerality.

This Kentucky Bourbon pays tribute to the earliest days of the Distillery’s history when in 1939 it released Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond. Still today, the craftsmanship poured into this bottle by the same founding family meets the exacting standards first set forth in 1897. Smooth, warm, and sweet with enough spice and char to keep each sip interesting through the long finish.

A shockingly smooth initial taste of caramel and butterscotch with subtle hints of spice. Our bourbon is best served neat and on the rocks, but with enough bite to be great in cocktails.

Le Castets is one of the smallest Premier Cru in Saint-Aubin, known for its steep sloping aspect and pure, mineral-driven wines. This vineyard, set on the western border of Saint-Aubin is prized for its focused and concentrated notes of white peach and golden apples, all counter-balanced by a zippy minerality.
