Produced entirely from Chardonnay from their Clos Saint Pancras vineyard, Staccato leads with rich, toasty brioche notes due to several years on lees and several more years of bottle aging. The palette is nervy with great tension and minerality. This is a serious sparkling wine at a bargain!

Burgundy by the sea is what Daniel Afonso is creating with his wines grown on the clay and limestone soils in the Atlantic influenced Colares region just NW of Lisbon. This unique local Malvasia is fermented and aged in used Burgundy barrels which softens the racy acidity and salinity. A slight waxy texture is cut through with flint, oystershell and tart passionfruit.

An intensely and elegant floral-suffused nose is comprised mostly by black cherry liqueur, soft spice and earth whiffs. Their is slightly more vibrancy to the equally attractively textured medium-bodied flavors that possess a seductive mid-palate that also contrasts somewhat with the dusty, refreshing and youthfully austere finale - Allen Meadows's Burghound.

Bombay Sapphire Gin is a clean, refreshing, and citrus-forward gin. Tongue-coating flavors of juniper and pepper lead to a piney, prickly finish. It offers a great gateway into the gin category for vodka devotees.

Named after the striking Podalirio species of butterflies (also known as the Swallowtail), this organic, old-world Merlot is aged in French oak for 18 months. This is a terroir-driven, gripping wine with tension and tannin and yet opulent smooth black fruit and balancing acidity. This will surely cellar well but why not decant and serve with your favorite grilled foods!

Wonderland Project's Cabernet hails from a west-facing slope, above the fog line, on the northern ridge of the Atlas Peak AVA. The soils here are dominated by red volcanic material with lots of flat rock, providing exceptional drainage to the hillside vineyard. After pressing, the wine aged in 50% neutral and 50% new French oak barrels.

The 2020 Cherry Pie Tri-County Pinot Noir is concentrated with aromas of macerated cherries, cranberries and dark oolong tea. On the palate, this wine has brambly notes of mulberries, ripe Bing cherries with notes of baking spices and sweet toasty oak with a long, silky smooth finish.

One of Sauternes original estates, Château de Carmes de Rieussec occupies prime territory in the heart of Bordeaux. 2019 was one of the warmest vintages in recent memory, yet the Sémillon still developed botrytis yielding an ultra-aromatic and age-worthy wine. Full nose with notes of jammy white fruit that evolves to bitter orange. The initially delicate, followed by a gradual rise in intensity with notes of fresh pineapple.

Hailing from Val do Salnés, this Albariño is a truly mineral driven white wine. Passion fruit and grapefruit turn to caramelized pineapple, lemon sorbet and nectarine. The finish finds subtle notes of white flowers and peach. Its bright acidity, and salinity of the nearby Galician coast, this wine is made for your journey into perfect Galician seafood dishes.
