An exceptional single malt whisky with the traditional smooth, honeyed character of The Balvenie married with notes of toffee and a hint of fruit, with a warm, lingering finish. The flavors and characteristics open up immensely with time in the glass.

Finished with toasted, Colorado aspen staves and bottled at barrel proof, a high proof bourbon whiskey with greater depth and character. The aroma is strongly reminiscent of flan and Cracker Jacks with a youthful punch. The flavor profile builds on the caramel corn but leans toward Rye spice and maple. The finish is warm and lightly sweet with cinnamon.

Thanks to a longer hang time and lower yields in the maritime climate of Mendocino County, concentration and ripeness are evident here. Scents of mulberry, mocha, slate, and spiced cedar are ultra-expressive. Ripe blackberry and nutmeg are bright on the palate, with coffee bean and dark chocolate following suit. A blend of 7 parcels from the highest slopes of the appellation. The cool yet sunny climate and the Kimmeridgian soil give this wine a subtle, pure nose with aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits. The taste is racy and crystalline, clear with a citrus fruit taste initially followed by a saline and mineral finish. Nothing overly exuberant: just clarity and precision.

Rosa is a textured rosé blend of Sangiovese from Three Mile Vineyard in the Dalles and Dolcetto from Allegre Vineyard in the middle of the Hood River Valley. LITERALLY my favorite darker rose/light red. Expressive and with a hint of sour fruits. The color is dark, vibrant, and bloody. Good for a summer lunch al fresco.

This wine is MAGICAL. A blend of 13 white and red varieties, it's a Kodachrome roller coaster ride! Beautifully textured and with a bit of funk, this wine is truly amazing and rare.

Barbacàn is Angelo Sega and his sons Luca and Matteo. They work their steep-terraced vineyards, 400+ meters above sea level by hand and foot. The Italians call it "heroic viticulture" and it results in a grippy nebbiolo expressing forest berries, leather and a mushroomy umami. Fantastic lighter expression of nebbiolo compared to Barolo

VRAC, or 'en vrac' translates to 'bring your own bottle". In many French villages, locals bring bottles or jugs to a
nearby winery and fill them up with an easy drinking wine to keep around the house. Regionally known for spicy and highly aromatic fruit, this juice is bled (saigne in French) at the perfect time, this juice is dry on the palate with mouth-watering acidity.
