Fer Servadou from a single parcel of vines grown at a grape varietal conservatory in the commune of Marcillac-Vallon, planted in clay-limestone soils. It's a massal selection of old vines, farmed organically, which Nicolas buys from his cousin. 450 meters up, granitic soil. Organic, Biodynamic, hand picked. Juicy, floral, Herbal, all the feels.

In Burgundy, family matters. Joseph Colin is the son of a great winemaker, and he's the little brother of one of the best winemakers, Pierre-Yves Colin of PYCM. Think of him as the Prince Harry of White Burgundy.

He makes this wine from Burgundy’s less heralded white grape, aligoté, planted in a great address in St Aubin.

Generous berry and plum flavors fill the mouth along with floral lavender. A lively acidity and saline finish combine with firm tannins that highlight the granite soils of this vineyard.

Light, lemony, incredibly refreshing, with a bit of texture and complexity from the lees aging. Extended time on the lees adds subtlety, complexity and zippiness to the wine along with bright fruit (nectarine, zesty green apple!) and crisp acidity. Like all Muscadet, it pairs beautifully with oysters on the half shell, but it also goes well with fish of all sorts and veggies.
